To Keep A Customer

As spectacular a feeling it is.. to know that- "HEY. I've got my first customer."
Not all good things can last forever... ~to quote some wise wonder~~

 In order for your start-up business to be a success.. you must learn how to prevent your customer from running- far FAR away... into the depths of all that other businesses have to offer.

You must keep that customer...before the time has passed and it is too late.
